
Our classes are limited to small groups so focus can be kept on the participant. We aim for our class environment to be like group personal training. Our class instructors are fully trained personal trainers with the highest industry qualifications.

If you need help there’s an expert at hand. For the duration of your membership these services are available. We can help with anything to do with your workouts, programme design, assessments or just exercise technique.
