
Opening on the 8th Aug 2008 same day the Olympics' began, very promising. The club has gone from strength to strength based on offering consistently high service with dynamic and creative fitness solutions. This together with constant updates to the facilities and equipment has lead to our continued success.
Pete says "we have worked hard to create a fitness environment for the Hope Valley that is friendly and motivating. This is the 3rd club I've opened so I was confident in my approach and ideas. A former Royal Marine Pete has over 10 years experience as a fitness trainer, pilates instructor, personal trainer and gym owner. He has trained hundreds of individuals with various goals and motives. He has a huge focus in getting you moving correctly and eating properly, with the ability to revolutionise the way you train and condition yourself.
Tom is a highly motivated and professional Personal Trainer with a real passion for fitness & well being. Having trained numerous clients for a variety of goals I firmly believe my experience and personable approach will help clients to feel relaxed, stay motivated and reach their goals. Tom is commitment to continued professional development, always looking to heighten his knowledge base. Tom Specialises in weight management, Muscle Tone and Shaping, Postural Analysis and Correction & Specific Sports Strength and Conditioning.

A Physical Training Instructor (PTI) with British Military Fitness and former Royal Marine with over twenty years of outdoor training experience, and overall outdoor fitness enthusiast, a keen motivator who loves pushing and encouraging his clients to achieve their fitness goals, specialising in outdoor classes, strength and conditioning, nutritional advise, core stability and strength.
Matt is a self employed personal trainer who has a keen interest in sports specific training together with strength and conditioning. This makes a great combination for those wishing to progress and achieve fantastic results in any field of sports. Matt looks to tie in your gym with your diet to great effect.
Sarah has been a qualified gym instructor for 4 years and has a real enthusiasm for fitness.

Jason has worked in the club since it opened helping with reception duties and has gained an NVQ in fitness during that time.
James is currently studying towards his degree in health and fitness whilst being a top athlete. James is in the GB Ski team and we hope to see him at the next winter Olympics. So fingers crossed.
Achieved his black belt in 1987 and has been a keen instructor of free style combat for more years than he wishes to count.
Has been with us from the start working hard during his holidays from University.
